Cancellation Policy
Public classes for individuals: 30 days+ prior to class date: no penalty 29 days prior to the class: 80% of the rate charged 19 days - on the day of class/ no-show: 100% Private events: 6 weeks prior to the event date: no penalty 30 days prior to the event: 50% charge + transaction fees 29 days prior to event date: 100% Rescheduling policy: Reservations may be transferred to another available date if more than 7 days notice is given. However only one transfer per order will be permitted. The Dough House reserves the right to alter or cancel a public class or an event. If a class or an event is cancelled for any reason - a choice of rescheduling, a full refund will be issued.
